For Heritage Walkway in Artesia New Mexico I designed five fountains connected by a ceramic lined stream that weaves 140 feet through the park. Images include architectural details from historic buildings, crops and animals from the area, and a water feature based on the geology of the local artesian water system. The configuration of the stream and fountains provides spaces for one or a few people to gather and others for larger groups. The mural for the entry to the park includes a flowering yucca and a detail of the Navaho Oil Refinery, which sits at the edge of town.

In addition to Heritage Walkway, I have done some other projects for the town including the ticket box for the Land of the Sun Theater and signs for the entry to the city, city hall and streets.
